At Quant Institute of Financial Markets (QIFM), we strive to deliver high-quality trading and financial markets education. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for our courses, webinars, and other paid services.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of course purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- Refunds are not applicable once a certificate of completion has been issued.
- Live batches / mentorship programs are non-refundable once the batch has commenced, except in cases of technical failure from our end.
- Free webinars, downloadable brochures, and promotional content are not eligible for any refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases of change of mind, failure to attend live sessions, lack of time, or dissatisfaction arising from market outcomes, as QIFM does not guarantee trading profits or results from its educational content.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at qifmsocial@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
